PRENATAL MASSAGE: My office is outfitted with a standard massage table and a BODY CUSHION brand Pregnancy System of cushions, which allows me to perform prenatal massage in the prone position (face down), side lying position and supine position (face up): reclined so you are not flat on your back. The Body Cushion system allows for safe options for positioning during prenatal massage, particularly in the 1st and 2nd trimester. Please note that I reserve the right to not perform the massage in the prone position if I feel that it is not safe for the client, in which case, the massage can be performed side lying and face up, as mentioned above. All of these positions are effective for prenatal massage.

If this is your first prenatal massage, or if your pregnancy is particularly exhausting, I recommend a 60 minute session, as longer sessions can potentially feel overwhelming or fatiguing.

COVID-19: In order to maintain the health and safety of all of my clients and myself, I wear a mask during all sessions and the treatment room is equipped with a HEPA filter, running at all times. I am fully vaccinated as well. All surfaces are sanitized between sessions. All linens and fabric materials are changed between sessions. I will have hand sanitizer available upon entry to the office. We do have a filtered water bubbler outside the office for your use. I can provide paper cups if you don’t have a water bottle. Hydration is very important after massage therapy sessions! Depending on your own safety standards, masking is now optional for my clients. I monitor the Covid infection rates in the area closely and, if needed, will reinstate mask mandates in the future.

PAYMENT: You can pay for your appointment before or immediately after the session via online invoice or in person with a contactless Square card reader. I also accept cash and checks. Receipts are electronic.

CANCELLATION POLICY: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel within that time, I will have to charge a 50% fee of the cost of the service. (Example: if you booked a 60 minute massage for $118- the cancellation fee would be $59)

If you are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, or any other COVID-19 related symptoms or are too ill, for any reason, to attend the appointment, please let me know so we can cancel/reschedule you without the fee.
